Track My Order

After your ARDEN LUME order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

When Tracking Becomes Available

Tracking timing depends on the product and shipping method.

  • In-stock parcel items usually receive tracking soon after carrier pickup.
  • Oversized, freight, or manufacturing-direct shipments may receive tracking later, especially after export processing, customs clearance, or final-mile carrier handoff.
  • Project orders may ship in separate packages or stages.

How to Track

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order contains multiple boxes, you may receive more than one tracking number.

No Tracking Yet?

If your order has not shipped yet, it may still be in preparation, inspection, packing, production, or customization.

Contact us if:

  • Your project has a deadline
  • Your tracking has not updated for several business days
  • The carrier shows delivered but you cannot find the package
  • You received only part of a multi-box shipment

Delivery Issues

If the package is damaged, photograph the carton before opening and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the package is missing, first check surrounding delivery areas, household members, building staff, and carrier notices. Then contact the carrier and ARDEN LUME so we can help review the issue.
