Product & Specification
Are your lights compatible with North American voltage?
Most products are prepared for 110-120V use, and some fixtures can also be supplied for 220-240V projects. Please review the product specifications before ordering or contact us if your project has specific voltage requirements.
Are bulbs included?
Bulb details vary by product. Each product page lists the light source, bulb base or integrated LED information when available. If a bulb is not included or a specific bulb type is required, we will note that in the product details.
Are the lights dimmable?
Dimming depends on the fixture, driver, bulb and wall dimmer used. Please check the product specifications or contact us before purchase if dimming is required for your project.
Can I request a custom size, finish or cable length?
Many lighting products can be customized by size, finish, cable length or configuration. Send us the product name, desired dimensions, room height and project timeline so we can confirm availability before you order.
Do product photos and videos show the real item?
We use product photos, detail images and real product videos where available to help customers review scale, finish, material texture and light effect. Because natural materials vary, stone, alabaster, marble, wood and glass details may differ slightly from piece to piece.
Installation
Do I need an electrician to install the fixture?
Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician. Please confirm ceiling structure, junction box, voltage and local electrical requirements before installation.
Do you provide installation instructions?
When supplier documentation is available, we provide installation instructions or product files on the product page. If a file is not listed yet, contact us and we will help confirm the available documentation for that item.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on product availability, customization and destination. Standard items usually ship faster than made-to-order or customized fixtures. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
How are fragile lighting products packed?
Fragile fixtures are packed with protective materials for long-distance delivery. For items with glass, stone, crystal or delicate shades, we recommend inspecting the package and product soon after delivery.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package, shipping label, damaged part and full fixture. This helps us review the issue and arrange the most suitable solution, such as replacement parts or further support.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return window?
Eligible unused and uninstalled items may be returned within 60 days. Returned products should be in original condition and packaging. Custom, made-to-order, installed or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
Do you provide a warranty?
We provide 1-year limited warranty support for manufacturing defects under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear or damage caused by external conditions.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and the condition of the item. If the issue is caused by damage, defect or fulfillment error, contact us with evidence so we can review the best resolution.
Orders & Support
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us quickly if you need to change or cancel an order. If production, customization or shipment has already started, changes may not be possible.
Do you support designers, contractors and project orders?
Yes. For trade or project support, send us the product list, quantity, room dimensions, finish requirements and timeline. We can help review specifications and provide project guidance where available.
