Shipping Policy

ARDEN LUME ships premium lighting fixtures with protective packaging, tracking, and careful handling appropriate for fragile and oversized products. Delivery time varies by item type, production status, destination, carrier capacity, and customs requirements. If your project has a deadline, contact us before placing your order.

Depending on the item and availability, your order may ship from a stocked fulfillment location, a manufacturing or finishing facility, or a project/specialty fulfillment location. Many designer lighting fixtures require preparation, finishing, inspection, or protective packing before shipment.

Typical processing estimates are 1-5 business days for in-stock items, 7-20 business days for made-to-order or prepared-to-order items, and case-by-case confirmation for custom size, custom finish, or project orders. Processing times exclude weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, customs review, weather, and port disruptions.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 5-12 business days for standard parcel delivery, 2-6 weeks for oversized or fragile freight delivery, and 2-8 weeks for international or manufacturing-direct delivery depending on destination and method. Large chandeliers, stone fixtures, glass fixtures, and project orders may require additional packing and transit time.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout when available. Some oversized, fragile, remote-area, or project shipments may require a custom quote. If a shipping charge shown at checkout is incorrect due to oversized freight, remote delivery, or special handling requirements, we will contact you before shipment.

For standard eligible orders, ARDEN LUME covers duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges required for delivery. If a destination, remote location, special service, or project shipment requires an exceptional charge outside our standard duty-paid delivery arrangement, we will contact you before shipment.

Tracking information will be sent after the carrier accepts the shipment. For freight, oversized, or international shipments, tracking updates may begin later than parcel shipments, especially after export processing, customs clearance, or final-mile carrier handoff.

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. Before discarding packaging, check the outer carton, inner protective packaging, glass, shade, stone, metal, wiring, canopy, hardware, and accessories. If there is visible damage, photograph the package before opening and keep all packaging materials.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the shipping carton, internal packaging, damaged or missing item, and a short description. We may provide replacement parts, repair support, a replacement fixture, or a refund depending on the situation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or changed addresses may cause additional carrier fees, rerouting costs, storage fees, or return costs.

Remote areas, islands, construction sites, high-rise buildings, limited-access locations, and freight-only addresses may require additional time or fees. Installation, unpacking, debris removal, and indoor placement are not included unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
