We work to present product information accurately, including dimensions, materials, finish, voltage, light source, installation type, and product images. However, lighting products may vary due to hand-finishing, natural materials, photography, screen settings, production batches, and manual measurement. Slight variation in color, texture, finish, veining, grain, and dimensions is expected for many premium fixtures and does not automatically constitute a defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications before purchase. If a fixture must meet exact project requirements, contact us before ordering.

Lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician or licensed professional in accordance with local electrical codes and building requirements. ARDEN LUME is not responsible for damage, injury, code violations, installation failure, or product malfunction caused by improper installation, incompatible wiring, incorrect voltage, unsuitable dimmers, unauthorized modification, or misuse.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, address issues, payment failure, compliance concerns, or unusual order activity. An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance if a material error, stock issue, payment issue, or fulfillment issue is discovered.

Prices, promotions, shipping rates, product availability, and specifications may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time. If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed under corrected terms.

Custom size, custom finish, custom hanging length, project quantity, and made-to-specification orders may require separate confirmation. These orders may have different lead times, cancellation limits, and return restrictions. Any approved customization should be confirmed in writing before production begins.

Payment must be completed through the checkout methods available on our website. We do not store full card details. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Your order may be subject to fraud screening, payment verification, or additional confirmation before fulfillment.

For standard eligible orders, ARDEN LUME covers duties, taxes, import charges, and brokerage fees required for delivery. Exceptional remote-area, special-service, or project-related charges may require written confirmation before shipment.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns require written authorization before any item is shipped back.

All website content, including text, images, logos, product names, graphics, layouts, and design materials, is owned by or licensed to ARDEN LUME unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARDEN LUME is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, product use, installation, delay, lost opportunity, or inability to use a product.
