Return & Refund Policy

ARDEN LUME creates and curates premium lighting fixtures for carefully considered interiors. Because lighting is fragile, dimensional, and often produced or prepared for a specific project, customers should review product specifications, dimensions, finish details, voltage requirements, and installation needs before placing an order.
Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and hardware, and approved through our return authorization process before being shipped back.
To request a return, email info@ardenlumelight.com with your order number, item name, quantity, reason for return, photos of the product and packaging, and photos of any damage or defect if applicable. Do not send products back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
If an item arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, or a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed, ARDEN LUME will review the case and may provide replacement parts, repair support, a replacement fixture, or a refund. For preference-based returns, including change of mind, size preference, finish preference, or project changes, the customer is responsible for return shipping and safe packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The correct return address depends on the item, fulfillment location, and order destination. We will provide the applicable return address after your return request is approved. Do not send returns to the business address or any address found online unless our support team specifically confirms it.
Orders may usually be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production, packing, customization, or dispatch has not begun. After 24 hours, cancellation depends on the item's production or fulfillment status. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-returnable items include custom-made or made-to-specification fixtures, custom size, custom finish, custom color, custom cable length, project-specific configurations, installed or modified products, items missing original packaging or accessories, clearance or final sale items, bulbs, consumables, replacement parts once opened or used, and bulk/project orders of three or more identical units unless a defect is verified.
After an approved return is received, inspection normally takes 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally take 7-14 business days after inspection approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, damaged item or missing part, and a short description. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Premium lighting may include hand-finished metal, glass, alabaster, travertine, marble, wood, ceramic, fabric, silk, or other natural materials. Slight color, texture, finish, veining, grain, patina, handcraft, or dimensional variation is not normally considered a defect.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
