ARDEN LUME stands behind the quality of our lighting fixtures, while also setting clear expectations for fragile, premium, and customized products.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and in original packaging.

All returns require written authorization before the item is shipped back.

Preference-based returns, including size preference, finish preference, change of mind, or project changes, are normally the customer's responsibility for return shipping.

Installed, modified, customized, damaged-after-delivery, or unauthorized returns are not eligible for refund.

Damage or Defect Claims

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the internal packaging
Photos or video of the issue
A short explanation

We may provide replacement parts, replacement glass, repair support, a replacement fixture, or a refund depending on the case.

Limited Warranty

ARDEN LUME provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning from the delivery date.

The warranty does not cover:

Improper installation
Incorrect voltage, wiring, bulb, dimmer, or driver use
Damage from modification, misuse, accident, cleaning chemicals, moisture, weather, or environmental exposure
Normal wear, patina, or aging of natural finishes
Bulbs, consumables, batteries, and replaceable accessories unless required by law
Natural variation in stone, glass, wood, shell, ceramic, fabric, silk, brass, copper, or hand-finished materials

For commercial, hospitality, or project installations, warranty handling may depend on project terms and installation conditions.

Natural Material and Hand-Finished Variation

Premium lighting is not always identical from piece to piece. Natural stone veining, wood grain, handmade glass variation, hand-applied finish differences, silk texture, and small measurement tolerances are part of the character of these materials.
