Premium lighting requires more careful handling than ordinary home decor. ARDEN LUME ships fragile glass, stone, metal, silk, wood, ceramic, and oversized fixtures with protective packaging and tracked delivery whenever available.
What to Expect
Most orders move through three stages:
1. Order review and specification check 2. Preparation, inspection, and protective packing 3. Carrier pickup, tracking, transit, and delivery
If your fixture is made-to-order, custom-finished, oversized, or part of a project quantity order, preparation may take longer than a ready-to-ship item.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If you have a construction deadline, installation date, designer handoff, or opening date, contact us before ordering.
Packaging
Depending on the fixture, packing may include foam protection, reinforced cartons, wood framing, separate glass packaging, component separation, or freight-safe handling.
Please keep all packaging until the item has been inspected and accepted.
Duties and Taxes
For standard eligible orders, ARDEN LUME covers duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and import charges required for delivery. If an exceptional destination, remote-area service, or project shipment creates a special charge outside our standard duty-paid arrangement, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery Inspection
Inspect the shipment as soon as possible. If packaging is damaged, photograph the carton before opening.
For damage or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
