Arden Lume is an online lighting retailer operated by Arden Lume LLC. We focus on decorative lighting for residential, hospitality, and design projects, including chandeliers, pendants, wall sconces, ceiling lights, and custom project fixtures.
Our Fulfillment Model
All products currently offered on the storefront are prepared and shipped directly from our Zhongshan, Guangdong, China facility. Handling takes 3–5 business days and transit takes 7–13 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 10–18 business days after order confirmation. Most orders travel by air from China and complete delivery through an assigned local carrier.
Return addresses are provided with an approved RMA. Our factory reviews and confirms the actual receiving warehouse before its full address and shipping instructions are supplied in writing. Do not ship to a corporate office or an unapproved address.

Customer Standards
Free standard shipping is available with no minimum order value to our 11 supported destinations. ARDEN LUME pays import duties, import VAT/GST where applicable, and standard customs-clearance fees. Submit an eligible standard-item return request within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the return conditions and written RMA authorization before shipment. Arden Lume provides a 1-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use.
