Arden Lume is an online lighting retailer operated by Arden Lume LLC. We focus on decorative lighting for residential, hospitality, and design projects, including chandeliers, pendants, wall sconces, ceiling lights, and custom project fixtures.
Our Fulfillment Model
All products currently offered on the storefront are prepared and shipped directly from our Zhongshan, Guangdong, China facility. Handling takes 3–5 business days and transit takes 7–13 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 10–18 business days after order confirmation. Most orders travel by air from China and complete delivery through an assigned local carrier.

It does not hold current ready stock, is not a walk-in retail location, and is not the origin of shipment. Customer Standards
Free standard shipping is available with no minimum order value to our 11 supported destinations. ARDEN LUME pays import duties, import VAT/GST where applicable, and standard customs-clearance fees. Eligible standard items may be returned within 60 days after confirmed delivery when they meet the return conditions and receive written authorization. Arden Lume provides a 1-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use.
