ARDEN LUME reviews lighting customization requests case by case. Feasibility depends on the fixture, materials, electrical requirements, quantity, and project schedule.

Requests We Can Review

• Fixture size and hanging length
• Finish direction and selected material details
• Voltage, bulb base, dimming, canopy, and configuration requirements
• Project quantities and coordinated fixture sets

What to Send

Include the product link, requested change, quantity, delivery country, target date, and any dimensioned drawing, ceiling plan, or reference photo.

Review Process

1. Submit the request and project details.
2. We review feasibility, specifications, timing, and pricing.
3. We provide a written quotation and specification summary where feasible.
4. Production begins only after the customer approves the written terms.
