Return addresses are provided with an approved RMA. Our factory reviews and confirms the receiving warehouse before its full address and shipping instructions are supplied in writing. Do not ship to a corporate office or an unapproved address.
All products currently offered on our storefront are fulfilled directly from our Zhongshan, Guangdong, China facility. Do not send returns to the Wyoming corporate office.
Eligible undamaged preference returns go to Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, with international return freight paid by the customer. All approved returns for orders originally delivered outside the U.S. go to China. For U.S.-delivery orders, a required transit-damage return goes to the factory-confirmed U.S. Used-Goods Recovery Facility; other approved claims use the location confirmed in the RMA.
