The Wyoming corporate office is not a return address. The Pomona address is an authorized return processing location only; it does not hold current ready stock, is not a walk-in retail location, and is not the origin of shipment. Returns require prior written authorization.

Current Fulfillment Disclosure

All current storefront products ship directly from our Zhongshan, Guangdong, China facility. Handling is 3–5 business days, transit is 7–13 business days after dispatch, and the total estimate is 10–18 business days after order confirmation. Most orders travel by air from China.

Shipping Commitments

Free standard shipping has no minimum order value in our 11 supported destinations. ARDEN LUME pays import duties, import VAT/GST where applicable, and standard customs-clearance fees. We do not currently offer checkout delivery to South Korea, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
