Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to eligible destinations. Most orders arrive within 10–18 business days after order confirmation. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Can I request expedited shipping?

Yes. Please contact us with the product details and your delivery address. We’ll confirm the available expedited shipping option and additional fee based on the specific product and destination. Once the additional shipping fee is confirmed and paid, we’ll arrange expedited shipping.

What is your return policy?

Request a return for an eligible standard product within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. For a preference return, the fixture must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and free of customer-caused damage, with its original carton, protective inserts, accessories, hardware and proof of purchase. Written approval is required before shipping. These condition requirements concern preference returns; arrival damage follows the delivery-issue process. Earlier orders retain the terms promised when purchased.

Can I return a custom item or a bulk project order?

Customer-requested customization and items clearly identified as made-to-order or final sale before purchase are excluded from preference returns. A normal catalog option is not automatically custom. The policy also excludes preference returns for purchases totaling three or more units of the same model for the same project, including linked orders, when disclosed before the affected purchase. Verified defects and applicable legal rights remain covered.

We recommend buying one paid fixture as a sample before a bulk order. Later purchases do not remove rights promised on an earlier sample or order. No sample-price credit toward future orders is promised.

What should I do if my fixture arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete?

Report visible shipping damage, an apparent defect, a wrong item or missing parts within 72 hours of delivery. Email your order number, a description, and photos of the fixture, affected parts, outer carton, internal protection and shipping label. Video may help show a functional issue. Keep the fixture and all packaging until support confirms the next steps.

After reviewing the evidence, severity and feasible remedies, support confirms parts, repair, replacement, a partial refund or a full refund case by case. A verified wrong-item claim may receive the correct replacement or a full product-price refund. Report later-discovered defects for warranty assessment; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

How do I obtain an RMA, and how long is it valid?

Email support@ardenlumelighting.com with your order number, item and quantity, reason, and product/packaging photos. Once approved and the receiving warehouse is reviewed and confirmed by our factory, your written RMA provides the full address, packing instructions and shipping arrangement. Do not ship before approval.

Hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 calendar days after the complete RMA and receiving instructions are issued, and send us tracking details. This is a dispatch deadline, not an arrival deadline. Request a written extension before expiry. Your first written request identifying the order establishes the request date; waiting for our review does not shorten the dispatch period or invalidate a timely request.

Where must I send an approved return?

All eligible, undamaged preference returns go to our Zhongshan, Guangdong, China facility, including U.S.-delivery orders. For orders originally delivered outside the United States, all approved returns go to China.

If a transit-damaged fixture originally delivered to a U.S. address must be returned, it goes to the factory-confirmed U.S. Used-Goods Recovery Facility. For other approved claims involving U.S.-delivery orders, the factory confirms the receiving location in the RMA. These facilities serve different purposes; use only the full address provided in your approved RMA. Do not send parcels to a corporate office or an unapproved address.

Our Zhongshan facility centralizes inspection, recovery, any necessary refurbishment and repackaging of returned fixtures, preparing suitable items for resale. Repack a transit-damaged fixture securely in its original carton, inserts and protective materials. If that packaging is damaged or cannot protect the parcel safely, contact support for instructions before shipment.

Who pays return shipping, and can outbound shipping be deducted?

Customers arrange and pay international shipping for preference returns. For verified damage, defect or wrong-item claims, ARDEN LUME arranges or pays reasonable transport under the approved remedy. Transport we pay for must be arranged by us or approved in writing beforehand, including carrier, service and reasonable cost. Unapproved upgrades, collections, crating and extras are not automatically reimbursed; necessary costs required by law remain covered.

For preference returns, original shipping already paid and expedited shipping are not refunded. A product-specific outbound-cost deduction applies only when its amount or calculation basis was disclosed before purchase, and is limited to reasonable actual cost permitted by applicable rules. No undisclosed charge is added at return, and the same shipping cost is not deducted twice. Eligible preference returns have no restocking fee.

International return shipping can be expensive. For a large fixture, the return cost may approach or exceed its value. The amount depends on origin, carton size, weight and service. Obtain a cost estimate before proceeding.

What if my return parcel is lost or damaged on the way back?

Photograph the fixture, parts, internal protection and sealed carton before dispatch. Use secure packing and a trackable service; consider insurance for a customer-arranged preference return. Report loss or damage promptly to the carrier and keep claim records.

We document receiving and unboxing and compare the original claim with pre-return evidence. Where the customer bears return-transit risk under the disclosed arrangement and applicable law, or their inadequate packing caused additional damage, a deduction may cover the reasonable, documented actual cost of affected replacement parts. We explain the parts, quantities, costs and evidence first. We do not deduct for original damage, pre-existing defects or parts already needing replacement; no fixed percentage or duplicate charge applies. A merchant-arranged defect return is not automatically the customer’s transport responsibility.

How much will be refunded, and when will I receive it?

Product refunds use the actual amount paid for the affected returned items after discounts, with order-level discounts reasonably allocated. Refundable taxes follow applicable rules. Shipping and permitted adjustments are handled separately without deducting the same cost twice. A full-item refund normally requires the complete item returned under the RMA, unless waived in writing or required otherwise by law. Any partial refund and permission to keep the item must be agreed in writing.

Inspection normally takes 3–5 business days after the return reaches the assigned facility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection approval. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to post the credit. Mandatory local refund deadlines take priority.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

A standard order can be cancelled without a cancellation fee within 48 hours if production or fulfillment has not started. Expedited cancellation may be unavailable once rush processing starts, even within 48 hours; the upgrade fee is non-refundable once that queue starts. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

After 48 hours but before dispatch, contact support for a status check. If cancellation is possible, we explain any reasonable production, handling or logistics costs already incurred before deducting them. After dispatch, cancellation is unavailable; receive the order and follow the return process if eligible. Unapproved refusal or forced return may result in actual outbound and return-to-origin costs deducted from an approved refund, subject to law. No restocking fee applies.

What warranty and electrician-labor coverage are included?

Our 1-year limited warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects separately from the preference-return window. Contact support with evidence for assessment. Normal wear, misuse, incompatible electrical use, modification and improper installation are not manufacturing defects. Natural veining, grain, tone and hand-finished details may vary and are assessed against the product description and safe use.

Installation, removal, electrician labor and project-delay costs are not reimbursed unless required by applicable law or approved by us in writing in advance. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; where law provides a different remedy, cost allocation or deadline, it applies.
