Current fulfillment route: This product is fulfilled directly from our Zhongshan, Guangdong, China facility. No product on our storefront is currently designated as Pomona ready stock.

• Handling time: 3–5 business days for order review, preparation, inspection, and packing.
• Transit time: 7–13 business days after dispatch. Most orders travel by air from China and complete delivery with the assigned local carrier.
• Total estimated delivery: 10–18 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; the estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
• Shipping cost: Free standard shipping with no minimum order value to the 11 supported destinations.
• Import fees: ARDEN LUME pays import duties, import VAT/GST where applicable, and standard customs-clearance fees.

Returns

• Eligibility: A standard catalog configuration is returnable unless this page or the written order confirmation clearly identifies a customer-requested custom, made-to-specification, project-specific, final-sale, or non-returnable item before purchase.
• Return window: Eligible standard items may be returned within 60 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
• Method and authorization: Returns are accepted by mail only after written authorization.
• Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. ARDEN LUME covers approved return or replacement shipping for a wrong item, visible transit damage or missing parts reported within 7 calendar days, and verified manufacturing defects.
• Manufacturing defects: The 7-day deadline does not apply to manufacturing defects. Verified defects reported within 60 days follow the Return & Refund Policy; qualifying defects reported after 60 days and within 1 year follow the 1-Year Limited Warranty.
• Fees and refunds: Eligible returns have no restocking fee or payment-processing-fee deduction. Any approved refund is received within 14 calendar days after ARDEN LUME receives the authorized return.
• Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not available.

Size Planning

• Check the listed fixture dimensions against your ceiling height, table or island size, walkway clearance, and nearby doors or furniture.
• For dining tables and kitchen islands, many pendant and chandelier installations use about 30-36 in of clearance above the tabletop or counter surface.
• For wall sconces, confirm mounting height, wall projection, mirror or cabinet clearance, and whether the junction box position works with the fixture shape.
• For chandeliers and ceiling fixtures, confirm ceiling height, fixture drop, canopy location, and safe walking clearance before ordering.

Installation

• Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician.
• Confirm site voltage, bulb type, dimmer compatibility, ceiling or wall support, and local electrical requirements before installation.
• Product measurements are planning references. Always follow the product installation instructions and project-specific electrical requirements.

Customization Support

• Many ARDEN LUME fixtures can be reviewed for project-specific needs such as custom size, hanging length, finish direction, color temperature, or quantity planning.
• Availability depends on the fixture, production stage, material, and order quantity. Please contact us before ordering if a dimension, finish, or installation condition must be confirmed.
• For custom or made-to-specification fixtures, production time may be longer and returns are generally not available after approval.

Project Support

• For designers, builders, and larger home projects, share room dimensions, ceiling height, reference photos, fixture quantities, and target delivery timing.
• We can help review scale, placement, finish coordination, and product-fit questions, but final electrical, structural, and code requirements must be confirmed by qualified local professionals.
